For more than four and a half centuries, the guiding principles for the Comincioli family have been love for the land, dedication and passion. The firm has established itself thanks to the efforts and enthusiasm of more than 13 generations of farmers, by cultivating a philosophy based on unswerving respect for traditions and the environment. This has led it to concentrate on enhancing the flavours and aromas of the local area: Puegnago, the Valtenesi area and Lake Garda.
Comincioli’s wines are a modern-day expression of tradition, concentrating on the promotion of autochthonous varieties from the local area: Groppello, Trebbiano Valtenesi and Erbamat.
Comincioli’s extra virgin olive oil, made from pitted olives using the pulp alone, is the fruit of research designed to safeguard and enhance the beneficial effects and quality of the oil.
Grappa is made using the pure marc of grapes produced in the vineyard. It is a unique distilled spirit which enhances the characteristics of the marc from which it is extracted.
